Our organic olive oil harmoniously combines the three most important flavors: fruity, spicy, and bitter. It is also characterized by its bright color and long aromatic finish.

Naturally sustainable

We cultivate our plantation with the help of experienced olive farmers from the region. We harvest traditionally by hand and process our single-variety Koroneiki olives into a top-quality oil. This harvesting method not only guarantees a special aroma, but also preserves species diversity and promotes biodiversity.

Traditional milling process

It takes less than two hours to extract our premium oil from the hand-picked olives. The traditional milling process combined with state-of-the-art technology ensures the production of olive oil of the highest quality with hardly any waste products. We process all by-products into new recyclable materials. For example, fertilizer is produced and the pits are used for heating. The holistic harvesting and milling process is particularly important to us.
